• All pre-registrations must be made online through the event's website by completing the corresponding form.
• Access to the event will only be granted to those who have pre-registered.
• On-site pre-registration will NOT be possible on the days of the Conferences.
• Payments will be made by any of the following systems:
   - Credit card (VISA and Mastercard only)
• The cancellation of pre-registrations or non-attendance to the event will not imply the refund of the amount paid.
